Service Description
Behind-the-TV Outlet Installation Enhance your wall-mounted TV installation with a code-compliant outlet installed directly behind your television. This eliminates visible cords dangling from the screen and provides reliable, convenient access to power — without compromising style or safety. What’s Included: ✅Installation of a tamper-resistant outlet (15A) directly behind your mounted TV ✅AFCI protection as required by code ✅Up to 10 feet of new wiring connected to a nearby circuit ✅Electrical box, standard white Decora-style outlet, and wall plate ✅ Wire concealment for low voltage cabling, HDMI, coax, or other A/V cables ✅ Electrical permit - Permit-related costs cover application fees, inspection scheduling, and administrative handling. These charges ensure your project meets BC code requirements and passes formal inspection. What’s Not Included: ▪️Does not include mounting the TV or bracket (see our TV Mounting service) Important Notes: ⚠️ Installation assumes wall cavity access between studs (no fire blocks) ⚠️ Additional charges may apply for masonry, tile, or unusual wall construction ⚠️ Add-on options available for longer wiring runs or dual-gang boxes 🕒 Time estimates are for guidance only — actual installation time may vary. Your price stays the same. 🚚 Travel charges may apply for locations outside of Salmon Arm, Enderby, and Grindrod. Any travel fee will be confirmed when you book or request an estimate — no surprises.
Cancellation Policy
🔄 How Can I Reschedule or Cancel My Appointment? ▪️If you booked your service through our website, you can easily reschedule or cancel your appointment using the customer portal: ▪️Go to our website and click on the “Log In” or “My Bookings” button (usually found in the menu or footer). ▪️Sign in using the same email address you used to book your appointment. ▪️Once logged in, you’ll see your upcoming appointments. ▪️Click “Reschedule” or “Cancel” next to the relevant booking and follow the prompts. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the time slot to another customer. There's no fee for rescheduling or canceling with proper notice. 📧 If you booked through another method (phone, email, or text), simply send us an email or message to update your appointment.
