How do I book a service or request an estimate?
You can book directly through our website or submit a request using our estimate form. For wiring jobs, we recommend uploading a few photos of your panel and project area so we can provide accurate pricing before arrival.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes — we understand that plans change. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel, so we can offer your time slot to another customer. There’s no fee for rescheduling with proper notice.

How much flexibility should I allow for your arrival time?
We aim to arrive within the scheduled window but ask that you allow up to 1 hour of flexibility. As an owner-operated business, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen issues at previous jobs — but we’ll always keep you updated.
Who will be doing the work at my home?
Your work will be completed by Beau, a licensed, bonded, and insured electrician. We don’t subcontract — so you always know who’s coming, and the work will meet consistent quality and safety standards.
Do I need to prep anything before the electrician arrives?
In most cases, no special preparation is required. However, to help the job go smoothly, we recommend the following:
▪️Clear access to your electrical panel and any areas where work will be performed
▪️Remove fragile or valuable items near the work area
▪️Keep pets and children safely out of the workspace
We’ll arrive with all necessary tools, materials, and protective coverings to complete the job safely, efficiently, and respectfully in your home.
What happens if my job takes longer than expected and you have another job to get to?
We carefully plan our schedule to allow for common delays, and we prioritize doing the job properly and safely over rushing to meet the clock.
If your project takes longer than expected:
▪️We’ll communicate clearly with you about any changes
▪️If needed, we may reschedule the next job or return later the same day or next day to complete your work
▪️You’ll never be left with an unsafe or incomplete electrical system
We’re committed to quality over speed — and we appreciate your patience if we’re running slightly behind from a previous job. Likewise, if your project needs more time, we’ll make sure it gets the attention it deserves.
Will I receive documentation after the job is done?
Yes. For permitted jobs, we’ll provide inspection documentation from Technical Safety BC, along with a summary of the work completed. For smaller jobs that don’t require a permit, we’ll still provide a written invoice outlining what was done and any recommendations.
