Service Description
Chandelier Install Add a striking focal point to your space with a safely installed chandelier. What’s Included: ✅Safe disconnection and removal of the existing light fixture (if needed) ✅Installation of your new chandelier to existing, code-compliant wiring and box ✅All necessary mounting hardware and miscellaneous parts provided by the electrician ✅ Electrical permit - Permit-related costs cover application fees, inspection scheduling, and administrative handling. These charges ensure your project meets BC code requirements and passes formal inspection. Requirements: ⚠️ Chandelier must be CSA, cUL, or cETL certified to meet Canadian safety standards ⚠️ Fixture must be provided by the customer ⚠️ Electrical box must be properly secured and rated for ceiling fixtures 🕒 Time estimates are for guidance only — actual installation time may vary. Your price stays the same. 🚚 Travel charges may apply for locations outside of Salmon Arm, Enderby, and Grindrod. Any travel fee will be confirmed when you book or request an estimate — no surprises. We’ll confirm this during the booking review and notify you before any charges are added.
Cancellation Policy
🔄 How Can I Reschedule or Cancel My Appointment? ▪️If you booked your service through our website, you can easily reschedule or cancel your appointment using the customer portal: ▪️Go to our website and click on the “Log In” or “My Bookings” button (usually found in the menu or footer). ▪️Sign in using the same email address you used to book your appointment. ▪️Once logged in, you’ll see your upcoming appointments. ▪️Click “Reschedule” or “Cancel” next to the relevant booking and follow the prompts. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the time slot to another customer. There's no fee for rescheduling or canceling with proper notice. 📧 If you booked through another method (phone, email, or text), simply send us an email or message to update your appointment.
