Complete Bathroom Fan Installation Ideal for bathrooms without an existing exhaust fan or for full-code upgrades, this complete service includes the supply and installation of a quiet, energy-efficient Broan fan. It features new wiring from the wall switch to the fan, new venting to the exterior, and a humidity-sensing wall switch that automatically activates the fan when moisture levels rise — for hands-free ventilation and better moisture control. What’s Included: ✅ Supply and installation of a Broan 50–110 CFM bathroom exhaust fan ✅ New electrical wiring from the wall switch to the fan location ✅ Supply and installation of a wall-mounted humidity control switch (automatic fan activation) ✅ Installation of new venting to the exterior (through wall or soffit) ✅ Electrical permit - Permit-related costs cover application fees, inspection scheduling, and administrative handling. These charges ensure your project meets BC code requirements and passes formal inspection. Important Notes: ⚠️ Requires attic space with minimum 4 feet of clearance for safe and efficient access ⚠️ Wiring and venting routes must be reasonably accessible — additional charges may apply for restricted access or unusual conditions ⚠️ Drywall patching or cosmetic finishing is not included ⚠️ Switch installation assumes a code-compliant electrical box with sufficient space; some humidity switches require a neutral wire, which may not be present in older homes 🕒 Time estimates are for guidance only — actual installation time may vary. Your price stays the same. 🚚 Travel charges may apply for locations outside of Salmon Arm, Enderby, and Grindrod. Any travel fee will be confirmed when you book or request an estimate — no surprises.
Cancellation Policy
🔄 How Can I Reschedule or Cancel My Appointment? ▪️If you booked your service through our website, you can easily reschedule or cancel your appointment using the customer portal: ▪️Go to our website and click on the “Log In” or “My Bookings” button (usually found in the menu or footer). ▪️Sign in using the same email address you used to book your appointment. ▪️Once logged in, you’ll see your upcoming appointments. ▪️Click “Reschedule” or “Cancel” next to the relevant booking and follow the prompts. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the time slot to another customer. There's no fee for rescheduling or canceling with proper notice. 📧 If you booked through another method (phone, email, or text), simply send us an email or message to update your appointment.
